Our magnets are made to order, because of this we do not accept refunds. If you are completely unsatisfied with your order, please contact us, we will make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• If you order multiple sets or products, you may receive it in multiple packages
• If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it
